3. Katherine Moennig. If you're not watching The L Word, you're missing out on a great show — and some fantastic daydreams. As Shane, a womanizing hairdresser with a heart of gold, Moennig commands every scene she's in ... and man, if I worked on that show, I'd make her scenes about four times longer. While I don't want Showtime to cancel the series anytime soon, I'm eager to see what post-L Word roles she snags. Moennig is the type of woman who could play an 80-year-old garbage collector and still somehow make it sexy.
